Group Personal Training – Famous for our “Bug Me” Program

Our goal is to help you achieve your goals in a safe, fun and supportive environment.  If you look forward to your exercises sessions, the likelihood of success is greater.  We encourage you to ask your Fitness Coach questions and give him/her feedback on your program.  In this way, we can tailor your program more closely to you, and your goals.

    Our conditioning coaches have all competed provincially, nationally
    or even professionally in their sport.  Let their experience help your
    team advance their fitness with Sport Specific Conditioning.

     Women's Group Fitness Training
 

      10 participants maximum (no membership required)

      Functional training workout session, including activities geared to     
      cardiovascular improvement, balance, agility, core, strength and
      confidence development. Any skill level can enjoy and benefit. 

 

      Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
      6:00p.m. – 7:30p.m.

      $90 for 10 sessions

      Expect to sweat, receive encouragement, and enjoy lots of laughter.

    
Jane’s Group Personal Training

   
     6 participants maximum

     Wednesday mornings 6:45a.m. to 8:00a.m.

      $72 for 8 sessions (or $12 per session)
