Coaches will show you the way. Our Personal Coaches will work with
you to develop a program, which will include a combination of
strength, stamina, flexibility and wellness.

judgement and applying our knowledge and expertise about exercise
science and strength conditioning.

Personal Fitness Coaching is about
helping you reach your fitness goals. All of our Personal
Fitness Coaches will work closely with you to define goals
and then develop a program that is both realistic and
specific. If you are looking at beginning an exercise
program, and don’t know how to get started, or if you have
been exercising for a while and need some ideas to re-charge
your program, your Personal Fitness Coach will give you the
direction to make sustainable changes, with motivation,
encouragement and support.
At Millar Conditioning we do this in a
relaxed and non-threatening environment.
Sessions are 30 minutes or 60 minutes,
and can be purchased individually, or in series of 10 or 20.
