Need guidance during your workouts or do you want to further your fitness knowledge?  Are you new to fitness?  Are you striving for different fitness goals?  Training for a sport?  Don’t know where to start?  Short on time and wanting to see results? 

Our team of certified Personal Coaches will show you the way. Our Personal Coaches will work with you to develop a program, which will include a combination of strength, stamina, flexibility and wellness.

A personal training program assures you are getting the maximum benefit from every workout.  We help you achieve your goals by listening to your concerns, respecting your judgement and applying our knowledge and expertise about exercise science and strength conditioning.

One-to-One Personal Fitness Coaching

Personal Fitness Coaching is about helping you reach your fitness goals. All of our Personal Fitness Coaches will work closely with you to define goals and then develop a program that is both realistic and specific. If you are looking at beginning an exercise program, and don’t know how to get started, or if you have been exercising for a while and need some ideas to re-charge your program, your Personal Fitness Coach will give you the direction to make sustainable changes, with motivation, encouragement and support.

At Millar Conditioning we do this in a relaxed and non-threatening environment.

Sessions are 30 minutes or 60 minutes, and can be purchased individually, or in series of 10 or 20.
 

Group Training

Group Training is ideal for anyone who wants to see results and gain from having a Personal Fitness Coach, but don’t necessarily need one-to-one coaching. With Group Training, clients still have individual programs, but exercise in small groups on their own program.

Our ‘Bug Me’ Program is a great way to be accountable to an exercise plan. By knowing your Personal Fitness Coach is waiting for you, it helps to make exercise a part of your everyday routine. This is an individualized approach in a relaxed, and motivating setting.
 

Exec Fit

This fast-paced 45 minute session ensures you can get your exercise in even on your busiest of days. Work closely with your personal fitness coach and you will be maximizing every minute of your exercise program. You will have more energy and stamina, a clearer focus with improved concentration.

Invest in yourself and ‘Sharpen the Saw’

One-to-One and small group (maximum 4 participants) programs are also available.
